Here's my mini-update on the prep side of things: I faithfully ran both Saturday and Sunday - Saturday's snow run down and up the mountain being very physical. Last night and this morning I was left with frozen calves. Not nice, I could barely walk let alone with high heels. Very painful. Magnesium is supposed to help appease minor muscle cramps, but nothing really worked for me this time. Tomorrow is one of my last chances to time myself, so I am hoping things will get better. In the meantime, I am busy carboloading and recruiting people for the race. Gorgeous tartiflette x 2, mom, and I made some Rösti tonight, so that's my 3rd carb meal still way early in the week. Can't wait for these muscles to recover now..
