My week has not made too much space for training. And Sunday is the big day - scary!
I did a time trial this evening and it wasn't great. So, I guess I can only improve from here. Isn't it typical that you would want a few extra weeks of training just when the race is on your door step. A combination of the wonderful yet strenuous week, a random bank meeting at 8.30am tomorrow morning (that should be illegal!) and the desire to pull off the long distance on Sunday, brings me to one conclusion: what about an early night? lol!
