train trip

The train ride was nice. And the train was packed for the long weekend. Miracle of miracles - I got a cheap ticket since I was able to book a few weeks ago. As usual, the trip was far from boring. Once I had managed to sort out the 150 mails in my inbox and bring them down to 35, I closed Freddy (my work laptop) down. I will admit, I didn't have the courage to write a long post from the train. The young man next to me had a few stories to tell, the little boy (all of 7 or so) in the seat in front kept turning around to present me with a shy smile and sometimes a little comment: "Would you like a chewing gum too madam?" .. "Excuse-me, madam, I have the same phone as yours!" *probably made out of chocolate*. What a sweetie though. When my own neighbor got up to get a coffee, I made a bee line for the WCs. I like the way the soap dispenser works nicely but not the water... :)
